These terms govern the Carlos Pascual Solutions Ltd. Affiliate & Referral Program and apply to all active clients or members who take part in it.

Purpose

Carlos Pascual Solutions Ltd. offers financial compensation to active clients or members who refer new users to subscribe to memberships or educational services.

Accrual and Recurrence Conditions

As a general rule, the commission is set at 50% of the net amount actually paid by the referred new client (excluding applicable indirect taxes and any payment gateway fees). This compensation is recurring: it accrues both on the initial sign-up and on each subsequent annual renewal of the subscription, provided that the new member completes the corresponding payment for each cycle.

Settlement and Payment Terms

Commissions generated during each calendar month will be calculated on the 1st day of the following month. Payment will be made within seven (7) business days of that calculation date, by corporate bank transfer issued by Carlos Pascual Solutions Ltd. under the commercial reference of promotional compensation (Referral Fee - Marketing Promotion).

Tax Responsibility

The recipient of the compensation shall be solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes on such income in accordance with the tax regulations applicable in their country of residence.

Carlos Pascual Solutions does not offer regulated financial advice in accordance with European Union regulations, nor does it execute transactions on behalf of the client. What is offered are strategic mentoring sessions focused on sharing experiences, approaches, and analyses of possible investment scenarios, whether real or simulated. This service is provided from the Philippines—the consultant’s country of residence—where such private agreements between parties are entirely legal and valid, provided that a signed contract exists. All final investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the client.
